Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Chicken

36 ounces diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon sugar
8 ounces sliced pepperoni
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 pound pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
6 ounces mozzerella cheese

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Chicken

  1. Coat chicken breasts with bread crumbs and brown in olive oil.

  2. Combine herbs, sugar and tomatoes in a sauce pan and simmer.

  3. arrange chicken breasts in a large dish, top with tomato misture, pepperoni and cheese.

  4. Bake until done. Serve over cooked pasta.
