Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Cheese Bread for Breadmaker

2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoon lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 oz pepperoni, chopped
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (1 1/5 oz)
1 teaspoon dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Cheese Bread for Breadmaker

  1. Put all liquid ingredients into breadmaker.

  2. Add all dry ingredients other than flour and yeast.

  3. Add flour, then make an indentation in the flour with your finger and add yeast. Do not let yeast touch wet ingredients.

  4. Start breadmaker for 1.5 pound loaf, light crust.
