Recipe Ingredients for Pepperoni Calzones

6 oz Original Pepperoni
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 oz Salt
15 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 1/4 cup Cheese Finely Shredded Blend Pizza
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
11 oz Crusty French Loaf, Refrigerated Dough
1 jar Original For Bolognese Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Pepperoni Calzones

  1. Saute pepperoni and seasonings.

  2. Mix cheeses and add in pepperoni.

  3. Unroll the bread loaf and cut into fourths. Put 1/2 cup of cheese mixture into each rectangle. Fold over the rectangle and use fork to crimp edges. Place calzones on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Coat each calzone with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes or until golden. Serve with pasta sauce. Yield 4 servings.
