Recipe Ingredients for Peppered Jamaican Jerk Burgers

1 tbs chili powder
2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 lbs ground lean turkey
1 lbs ground pork
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Zinfandel
1/4 cup red onion
2 tbs minced ginger
1 1/2 tbs black pepper

  1. Mix first ten ingredients

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients

  3. Form into six patties. Grill for about five minutes on each side on medium. Serve
