Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Stir-fry

1/2 Green Pepper, sliced
1/2 Yellow Pepper, sliced
1 tbsp salt
100 g chow mein noodles
5 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Pepper Stir-fry

  1. Dice the peppers & mushrooms into slices and put in frying pan with low fat spray

  2. Put noodles on to cook.

  3. Add garlic and salt to flavour
