Steak with green peppers and celery

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

1 1/4 lb. London Broil Roast Beef 97% Fat Free
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

  1. Cut steak in cubes. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in olive oil and soy sauce. Cut green pepper in bite size cubes. Slice celery in bit size slices.

  2. Put meat with marinade in skillet. Cook until the meat is browned. Add vegetables, cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  3. Serve over rice or another grain.
