Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

438 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
158 grams Onions
476 grams Beef
8 grams Garlic
4 serving Stonemill brown gravy mix
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

  1. Slice peppers and onions.

  2. Trim all fat off meat. Slice thinly.

  3. Saute onions and peppers in oil until soft. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

  4. Add beef to pan and saute until no longer pink.

  5. Mix gravy mix with 1 cup water and add to pan. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with pasta or rice.
