Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

10.16 oz Tender Beef Beef Strips
2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 serving Lite Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

  1. Cut the peppers and onion into strips.

  2. Saute them until soft (use butter if you want).

  3. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until mostly cooked. Add as much black pepper as you can stand while the beef is cooking.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce. Add any other peppery hot sauce you might have to suit your tastes.

  5. You might want to add a bit of water just to keep it moist.

  6. Serve over rice.
