Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
16 oz Mushrooms
2 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
3 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Parsley
14.5 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

Cut steak into 4 fillets. Put canned tomatoes, broth, parsley and garlic in large roaster or clay baker. Stir. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Best served over brown rice or whole wheat pasta
