very easy and tasty to make, serve over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for pepper steak

2 lbs round steak
1 c beef bouillon
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 green peppers
3 T corn starch
2 T oil

Recipe Directions for pepper steak

1/2 " thick round steak, cut into strips. 1 tsp beef bouillon granules in 1 cup water, 3 large green peppers cut into strips, I also use yellow and orange peppers. Brown steak strips in 2 tbs oil and liquid and spices, cook until meat is tender, add green peppers. Blend 1 c wter with corn starch until smooth, then gradually add to skillet. Stir till mixture thickens slightly, put lid on and steam until peppers are done. serve over rice.
