Quick and easy, to be served over rice

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

1 1/2 lb flank steak
2 green peppers
1 yellow onion
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon corn starch
4 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

  1. Slice peppers, dice onions, and slice meat.

  2. Heat oil in skillet, Brown meat. Add onion, water, garlic salt and ginger. Bring to a boil, cook 5 minutes covered. Put in green peppers. and cook 5 more minutes or until veggies are tender.

  3. combine sugar, corn starch, an soy sauce in a bowl, mix together. add to pan, bring to a boil. COntinue to cook uncovered until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
