A hearty meal with lots of protein! Serve over Brown Rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Steak

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
1 T Paprika
2 bell peppers
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 c beef broth
4 T cornstarch
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Pepper Steak

Sprinkle beef with paprika and let stand while cutting up bell peppers and onions. Brown beef with onions & garlic. Add broth and soy sauce. Lastly, add bell peppers. In separate bowl mix 1/4 c water with cornstarch to make paste. Add slowly to beef mixture to thicken sauce. Serve over brown rice.
