Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Soup

2 cups low sodium chicken stock
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tbs flour
8 oz water chestnuts
1 cup corn
1 cup peas
1 cup kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Pepper Soup

Combine ingredients and bring to boil. Let simmer until flavors have melded. Season a little more to taste if needed.
