Recipe Ingredients for Pepper slaw

2 3/4 cups shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup green or red bell peppers, diced
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup vinegar, brown rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pepper slaw

  1. combine all veggies in lrge bowl

  2. whisk sugar, vinegar, oil and black pepper

  3. pour over cabbage mixture and toss well. Refridgerate 2 hrs b4 serving
