This is a light meal... without the heavy sauce of most pasta dishes this meal fills you up without weighing you down. **This serves two people. Assuming calorie count split in half per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Shrimp over Fettucine

1 pound shrimp
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup tomato
224 grams cooked pasta

Recipe Directions for Pepper Shrimp over Fettucine

  1. Prepare sauce/topping while pasta is cooking.

  2. (This will take approximately 12-14 minutes for aldente.)

  3. Heat olive oil in skillet.

  4. Add minced garlic, red onion and red peppers.

  5. Add black pepper and crushed red pepper.

  6. When pasta is almost ready, add shrimp, butter, and tomatos (can add a little cilantro and more of the peppers. Flavour it to taste. The dish should be a little spicy.)

  7. Serve over the aldente pasta.
