Recipe Ingredients for pepper and sausage stuffing

16 oz English Muffin Toasting Bread
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
1 stick Butter

Recipe Directions for pepper and sausage stuffing

  1. toast 1 lb firm bread in oven 5 to 10 minutes, cool in bowl

  2. brown sausage

  3. melt butter until stops foaming

  4. cook veggies and onions and garlic until tender

  5. add to bread

  6. add sausage to bread

  7. pour stock over mixture

  8. add eggs, whisked to bread

  9. pour in casserole dish

  10. bake 350 degrees until internal temp is 165, roughly 30 to 45 minutes
