Leftover beef meatballs in a red pepper & onion sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Sauce Meatballs

240 g simple beef meatballs
117 g red pepper
65 g onion
1/2 garlic clove
4 1/2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pepper Sauce Meatballs

  1. Put the red pepper, the ketchup and half the onion in a food processor and mix.

  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.

  3. Thinly chop garlic and remaining onion and add to frying pan.

  4. Cook onion & garlic for a minute, do not let them burn.

  5. Add meatballs to the pan, then pepper sauce.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Remove from heat and erve immediately with rice or pasta!
