Recipe Ingredients for Pepper Salsa

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 bell peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp parsley
1 salt and pepper to taste
