Sauteed veggies and rice in tomato.

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper rice

1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow onion
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Pepper rice

  1. Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add chopped onions. Saute until fragrant.

  2. Add rice and peppers and cook, stirring until rice starts to brown.

  3. Add tomatoes and water, cover and bring to a boil.

  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 min or until rice is soft.
