Italian style peppers and potatos

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper and Potato in Tomato Sauce

8 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
2 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium White Onion
3 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Pepper and Potato in Tomato Sauce

  1. SLice and boil potato firm.

  2. Saute fresh pepper and onion in a little oil and sprinkle with garlic powder

  3. Saute boiled potatos in a little oil but do not fried

  4. Place veggies in large sauce pan and add 8 oz can of no-salt tomato sauce.
