Peppers, pasta olive oil and paramesan

Recipe Ingredients for pepper pasta

1 cup Spaghetti
4 peppers Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
1 clove Garlic
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
1 serving Extra Light Olive Oil
2 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated

Recipe Directions for pepper pasta

cook pasta, while cooking start 1 Tbs olive oil and 1Tbs margerine heated in pan, cut peppers in srtips and mince garlic clove. Add peppers to oil in pan and cook till almost done and add garlic, carefull not to burn garlic. When pasta is done, drain and return to pan and add pepper mixture and toss to coat and add cheese and enjoy
