Recipe Ingredients for Pepper and Onion Topping

13 oz Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 oz Cilantro
2.5 oz Apple Slices
1 tbsp Olive Oil
8 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Recipe Directions for Pepper and Onion Topping

saute onions and peppers in olive oil for 2 mins on high heat. Reduce heat to medium and pour in balsamic vinegar. Reduce down for 3 mins until peppers are al dente. Remove from pan and in a bowl, mix in cilantro, apple slices and pepper and onion mixture. Service immediately over fish, meat or chicken
