Recipe Ingredients for Pepper & Onion Omlette

1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 t olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pepper & Onion Omlette

Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until soft. Scramble eggs and add to onion mixture. Cover pan, turn heat to low. Flip in half and remove from heat.
