My take on the pepper and egg sammie.

Recipe Ingredients for Pepper and Eggs

1 green pepper
2 ounces canadian bacon
2 eggs
2 slices muenster cheese

Recipe Directions for Pepper and Eggs

  1. Microwave pepper. Scramble eggs separately.

  2. Cut pepper in half. Put 1 ounce of canadian bacon into each half, put one scrambled egg on top of that, and top with muenster cheese.

  3. Broil until cheese is brown and melty
