Penne with Tuna, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Ingredients for Penne with Tuna, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts (Erin's)

5 1/2 oz penne, whole grain, dry (2 cups mueller's whole grain)
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 t olive oil
3 T lemon juice, fresh
3 oz artichoke hearts, quartered (half can)
4 oz tuna, light (whole can, drained)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup frozen peas

Cook pasta, saute onion and garlic. mix it all up in the pan. Yum!
