Pasta salad that can be served room temperature.

Recipe Ingredients for Penne, Roma and Basil salad

454 2/5 grams Penne Dry
24 oz Whole Roma Tomatoes, Organic
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
0.33 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
6 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Penne, Roma and Basil salad

Chop the tomatoes, crush or chop the garlic, chop the basil. Toss those together with oil and salt and pepper to taste. Marinate for 30 minutes. Cook and drain penne in colander. Shake off water and place pasta in with tomatoes. Toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Also good to add pine nuts (those calories not included)
