Penne Rigate with Broccolini & Lemon

Recipe Ingredients for Penne Rigate with Broccolini & Lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups broccoli
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces Penne Rigate
1/2 cup basil, fresh and chopped

Recipe Directions for Penne Rigate with Broccolini & Lemon

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccolini and suate until tender-crisp, 5 minutes. Add garlic and scallions and cook 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper. Add cooked penne rigate to pan and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
