Recipe Ingredients for Penne Primavera

1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 stalk Broccoli
1 large Onions
1 lb whole wheat penne
8 oz Baked Chicken Breast
6 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
3 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for Penne Primavera

  1. Saute onions and garlic 1 minute.

  2. add broccoli and cook a few more minutes.

  3. add cut up chicken, peppers and broth, cook 3 more minutes.

  4. stir in pasta and heat through.

  5. add cheese if desired.
