Penne Pasta with tomato, black olive and feta

Recipe Ingredients for Penne Pasta

1 lb. penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
4 large tomatoes
1/3 cup black olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Penne Pasta

  1. Cook pasta until tender but firm

  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat; stir in garlic. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until heated through.

  3. Transfer to pot with drained pasta; add olives, feta cheese, parsley, and basil; toss gently to mix.

  4. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan.
