When I made the recipe, I used: Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Pasta Prego 3 Cheese Pasta Sauce Green Giant Steamers Cut Green Beans Kraft Grated Parmesan And when doing the math, 225 calories per 1 cup searving was on the high and safe side (added total calories and divided by 9), so the CC result is even higher.

16 ounce of whole wheat penne pasta
26 ounce pasta sauce
12 ounce frozen cut green beans
5 tsp grated parmesan cheese
