Baked Penne Pasta and White Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Penne Pasta Bake

16 oz penne pasta
2 3/4 c milk
1 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c yellow onion
3 T garlic
1/2 bell pepper
2 c Broccoli
2 T Butter
1 1/2 c Mushroom
2 T Olive Oil
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
0.33 c Bread Crumbs
2 T Basil

Recipe Directions for Penne Pasta Bake

  1. Boil Pasta

  2. Heat Milk Heavy Whipping Cream and Butter in Saucepan

  3. Separately sautÚ onion and garlic. Add mushroom, green pepper, and brocolli to sautÚ. Combine sautÚd vegetables to cream. Add .4 C Parmesan cheese and Basil.

  4. Sprinkle remaining basil, Parmesan cheese and Bread Crumbs on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
