Recipe Ingredients for penne margherita

0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 cloves, raw Garlic
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Edamame Soybeans Shelled
1 tbsp Basil, Fresh
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 cup Whole Wheat Penne
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for penne margherita

In a Med pan, saute onion and chopped garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and 1tbs of water. cook, stirring, 1 minute. simmer until tomatoes are soft, 5 minutes. stir in edamame, basil, salt and pepper. cook 2 minutes. serve over pasta and top with cheese.
