Actually is 350 calories, penne is too low. Done in 10 minutes, including prep time. Also great with chicken or shrimp. Also can use the Hunts no salt added for much lower sodium!

Recipe Ingredients for Penne Florentine

2 cups broccoli
4 ounces penne pasta
1 cup diced mushrooms
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried red pepper
16 ounces hunts tomato sauce
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Penne Florentine

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Heat veggies in sauce for 7 minutes

  3. Add chopped spinach last 2 minutes, just to warm

  4. Combine all
