Recipe Ingredients for Penne and Cheese

228 grams Organic Whole Wheat Penne
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Penne and Cheese

  1. Cook Penne to al dente and set aside in a large mixiing bowl

  2. Make a bechemel sauce from the milk, flour and olive oil.

  3. Pour in cheese slowly wisking to incorporate

  4. Pour sauce over the penne

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minues covered, then 15 minutes un covered.
