Recipe Ingredients for Penne Casserole

13 oz Whole Wheat Penne
1.25 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Tomato Sauce Basil Garlic and Oregano
4 serving Turkey Smoked Sausage
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Paprika
453 2/5 grams Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Penne Casserole

Dice onion,bell pepper and sausage. Heat oil in large skillet and cook til onion is almost transparent and sausage is partially cooked. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions. Add tomato and sauce to the sausage mixture and pour into a large baking dish (9x9 inch or larger). Drain pasta and add to baking dish, stirring until pasta is well destributed. Stir in half of the cheese until combined. Then top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
