Penne and aspargus with a balsaminc butter sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Penne and asparagus

2 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
1.5 cup Asparagus
1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
1 serving Cooked Salad Shrimp

Recipe Directions for Penne and asparagus

  1. coat asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 400 degrees for 10 min

  2. cook pasta for 13 min

  3. simmer 1 cup and 2 tbsp of balsaminc vinegar until about 3 tbsp are left. add 1/2 tsp of brown sugar and a bit of pepper.

  4. mix all ingredients with 8 tbsp of butter.

  5. add a paresan and salt and pepper to taste.
