Penne Pasta with Asparagus and Peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Penne with Asparagus and Peppers

12 oz Penne Pasta
9 oz Asparagus
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers
1 teaspoon dried Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Penne with Asparagus and Peppers

  1. Cook Pasta.

  2. Combine all other ingredients except parley and vinegar. Simmer for 8-10 mins or until liquid is reduced to 1/4 cup. Stip in parsley & vinegar. Toss with cooked pasta
