400 grams penne
6 slices prosciutto
300 grams canadian back bacon
600 grams asparagus
1 cup sundried tomatos
200 grams smoked provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for penne with asparagus, ham, and sundried tomatos and cheese

while boiling the water and cooking the pasta: in a pan, fry cut up sundried tomatos, prosciutto, and bacon for about 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat; add asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces; fry on medium-low until pasta is done (about 12-15 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and red hot pepper flakes. Drain pasta, add asparagus, ham, and sundried tomato mixtures to pasta; stir; add cheese, grated; stir until melted.
