Recipe Ingredients for Penne Alfredo

1 cup light cream
1/2 stick butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
16 ounces penne pasta
1 dash of salt
1 dash of black pepper

Recipe Directions for Penne Alfredo

  1. Boil pasta

  2. Melt butter in deep pan and add garlic clove. When foaming subsides, add half-n-half and heat to a simmer.

  3. Add parm cheese slowly, making sure to melt fully between additions.

  4. Add penne pasta and fold together. Serve as-is or with broccoli, peas, and/or chicken mixed in.
