Recipe Ingredients for Penelope's salmon cassarole

14 oz whole wheat pasta
14 oz canned salmon
2 cup broccoli, cooked
14 oz canned green beans, drained
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 onion chopped
1 tbls butter
1 tbls olive oil
1 cup skim milk
2 tbls flour

Recipe Directions for Penelope's salmon cassarole

  1. cook pasta, drain

  2. spray pan with pam, saute onion and mushrooms, set aside

  3. in same pan melt butter and olive oil, add 2 tbls flour wisk until flour is slightly golden add milk and boil till thick, whisking constantly. add s&p to taste

  4. flake salmon and toss everything toether and heat thru
