Recipe Ingredients for Penelope's mexican cole slaw

6 cups cabbage (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (diced)
2 roma tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 c cilantro
1 tbl lime juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Penelope's mexican cole slaw

  1. chop first 4 ingredients, fine or coarse, your choice

  2. add rest of ingredients plus S&P to taste, mix well

  3. let sit for at least one hour
