2 cup bread crumbs
5 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup onion, diced
2 tbl garlic powder
1 tbl horseradish
1 1/4 cups grated parmesian cheese

  1. beat eggs slightly

  2. add rest of ingredients

  3. season with salt and pepper, and any other seasonings you like

  4. user a small scoop and form meat balls

  5. place on foil lined baking sheet, sprayed with pam
