Quick and easy pork chops for the slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Peking pork chops

5 1/4 lb boneless pork chop
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs ginger
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 cup organic ketchup
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Recipe Directions for Peking pork chops

  1. Place pork chops in bottom of slow cooker.

  2. mix rest of ingredients in small bowl and pour over chops.

  3. Cook for 4 - 5 hours on low or until tender.
