Recipe Ingredients for Peeter's Vegan Aioli Dressing

1 cup Nayonaise
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine
3 tbsp basil, fresh chopped fine
5 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tsp oregano,chopped fine

Recipe Directions for Peeter's Vegan Aioli Dressing

  1. Let sit for an hour or 2 before using to let the flavours set.

  2. I like adding a couple of grinds of pepper, and or a little lemon juice for a little zing.

  3. If you really like garlic, use even more than the recipe calls for; it?s best when there?s just enough garlic so that it bites the tongue.
