Mini, tiny, super small, yet, largely delicious, bite sized pecan pies.

Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Tassies

1 cup cream cheese
2 sticks butter
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 1/3 cups pecans

Recipe Directions for Pecan Tassies

  1. Pastry blend butter, cream cheese, and flour. Chill.

  2. Mix everything else together except for pecans.

  3. Roll dough, cut with small biscuit cutter, form rounds into mini muffin cups.

  4. Fill muffin cups with brown sugar filling, top with a pecan.

  5. Bake at 350
