Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Roasted Asparagus

1 lb asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp pecans, chipped
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pecan Roasted Asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 425f

  2. Rinse and fully dry asparagus before roasting. Arrange on baking sheet in single layer.

  3. Sprinkle with finely chipped pecans. Lightly spray with a vegetable spray.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes until asparagus is tender crisp and pecans are browned

  5. Meawhile i small bowl prepare sugar, vinegar, and salt

  6. Remove from oven. Pour sugar mixture over asparagus. Stir gently.
