3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup corn syrup 2/3 cup Xylitol 1/3 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 11/4 cups pecan halves

Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Pie

1 tsp Xylitol

Recipe Directions for Pecan Pie

  1. For filling combine eggs, corn syrup, xylitol, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in pecan halves.

  2. Pour into prepared 9" deep pie pan.

  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for for 45-50 minutes or till knife inserted in pie near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate within two hours; cover for longer storage.
