Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Pesto

3 cups pecan
1/2 lbs basil leaves
2 cups olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Pecan Pesto

  1. Toast pecans in dry skillet over med-high heat

  2. in food processor combine pecans, basil leaves- pulse, and slowly pour in olive oil.

  3. Add parmesan

  4. season with salt & pepper
