Recipe Ingredients for Pecan dijon crusted pork chop

20 oz boneless pork chop
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Pecan dijon crusted pork chop

  1. Spread 1/2 tsp dijon and 1/4 tsp honey onnone side of each chop. Press pecans into chop, leaving enough pecans for other chops. Turn chops over and repeat.

  2. Heat oil in fry pan. Cook 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
