Recipe Ingredients for Pecan Crusted Tilapia

4 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
0.5 oz Candied Pecans
1 large Egg, White
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
0.13 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned

Recipe Directions for Pecan Crusted Tilapia

  1. Place egg white in a bowl and stir in seasoned salt. Add fish and swirl to coat.

  2. In a plastic bag, crush pecans with the bread crumbs evenly.

  3. Add the fish and shake to coat.

  4. Heat a non stick pan coated with cooking spray or 2 tsp of olive oil. Add fish and cook on each side until desired cooking is reached.
